JVI, LLC partnered with ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc to entitle, design and build their new 180,000sf world headquarters in Nazareth, Pa.
The project includes a 25,000sf two story office and engineering area which includes a world class training area for customers and employees. The 168,000sf production area is a crane served manufacturing floor to support ASGCO's global sales of their complete conveyor solutions. JVI completed a 180,000sf state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in 2019, for Suncup Juice. JVI assisted with site selection, due diligence, entitlements, and transitioned to design builder and construction manager. The production facility features autonomous forklifts, 32,000sf of freezer and cooler space, and loading docks accessible by rail. Suncup Juice has sister facilities in New Jersey, Arizona, and Georgia. The juice manufacturer services Health Care corporations, K-12 Education, Elderly Living Communities, Day Cares, and Correctional facilities.

150,000 SF build to suite rail served plastics manufacturer in Bethlehem, PA. Project designs were initiated in December 2015 and broke ground June 2016. Facility was completed on time and on budget February 2017.

LVH Oncology -
JVI was the design builder for a 12,000 SF Oncology Center in Hazleton, PA. Including a USP800 level pharmacy. We designed and installed complete new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems throughout the building. The project was brought in on time and on budget.
